I swear even though I didn't go through this deployment, it sure did go by pretty fast!! I can't believe that it was that time for this sweet homecoming:) It feels like I just photographed their family session before Carlo left. Carlo tried to be sneaky and come up behind us both to surprise Amber!! But we both turned around at the right time! Mr. Malakai wasn't to sure when he saw his Daddy's face but all he knew was that he wanted Amber. But I bet he sure is loving have him home now though:)

This session just makes me have the biggest smile on my face, I love when a wife comes up with a cute way to surprise her sweet husband with something special. Elizabeth wanted a secret session of this pregnancy to give her husband for Father's Day:) I can't wait to see his face when she gives it to him. She looks so stunning and you wouldn't even know that this is her 4th cute little one on the way:)

I always love getting the chance to photograph my newborns after its been a few months from their first session. So when Mari wanted to set up a family session, I was so beyond excited. I think I was more excited to just see Nathaniel:):) I just loved him at his session, if you missed it check it out {here}!! Roberto and Mari are the sweetest parents, Nathaniel is one lucky little man. And we sure did get a few good laughs white at their session. Granted some people might have thought we were crazy for where we were!!haha I hope I get the chance to photograph this sweet family again and watch Nathaniel grow when we move down to San Diego!!
Things have been a little crazy around here these past few days!! Teething, crawling, fussy 9 month old and an active 3 year old who has reached the "WHY" stage.haha My sweet little men sure do know how to keep me on my toes while their daddy is away:):) Hoping that if everything goes to plan that we will still be heading down to San Diego this summer, if not...TMP might be coming near you:D:D But no matter what I'm excited that in the near future we will be finally be planting roots in Kansas!!

{Cadbury Caramel Egg}
With Easter around the corner, I have been seeing this YUMMY eggs all over the place. I won't lie and say that I have bought two boxes for myself;)haha These are the best Cadbury eggs..I really have a bad sweet tooth!! If you have never tried these bad boys, your missing out!!:)
{Always room to LEARN!!}
Another big reason why I love what I do, is that I get to learn new things all the time!!! I get to learn more and more every single day to make myself better in areas that I'm not the best at. Or learn more things in areas that I'm good in. And just this week I did just that on a major thing, with my external flash. It is also nice to have amazing friends to also help you point you in the right direction:):) So no matter where you are in your business/career you always have room to learn more and grow!!
{Bunny Nose Wiggle}
Also since Easter is this Sunday. I thought I would share a little hidden talent of mine:Dhaha You know how people can wiggle their ears. Well my mom can wiggle her ears and her nose..I used to get a kick out of it when I was little. Then I remember one day trying to do it myself..forget wiggling your ear...the nose was more of a challenge! Anyways, after many laughs and attempts I can finally wiggle my nose like a bunny:)haha
Where do I even begin with how awesome this family is?! First off, Keirnan and Bartley drove all the way up from the San Diego area to have a session with me:) Keirnan and Bartley are seriously the sweetest couple I have ever met. I was so excited to finally meet them and their two handsome little boys, Maddock and Callum. These two boys were such a hoot, I got a good giggle from Callum. He was just hilarious and he would growl at me...I growled right back! He would just bust out laughing and do it again:) I can't wait to photograph this family again when we move down to San Diego.
